Biography: Flavio joined Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics in 1998, and is responsible for sales and commercial activities in Latin America. Flavio previously managed WWL’s South America sales team. In 2004, he was transferred to the company’s Regional Headquarters in North America where he currently resides. Flavio graduated from the University Bandeirantes in Brazil with a degree in International Business.
 
Kátia Bednikovs

Biography: Kátia has been at Lear since 2001, and is currently responsible for South American logistics and indirect materials and services purchasing. Kátia has more than 15 years experience in the automotive industry, and has worked for both Tyco Electronics and Metagal. She has a degree in Business Administration and is currently studying for an MBA in Project Management at FGV.
 
Jansen Esteves

Biography: Jansen has been working at Delphi since 1990, and in the last few years he has been responsible for logistics and Foreign Trade in all Delphi’s South American operations. Jansen’s experience involves purchasing, Foreign Trade, production control and logistics. After graduating in Marketing, Jansen received an Executive MBA from IBMEC.
 
 
Fabio Garcia

Biography: Fabio C. Garcia has been working in the Volkswagen Parts and Accessories Centre (Spare Parts Warehouse) since its launch in 2004. Nowadays he is responsible for Warehouse Operations and Export Customer Care. He lived for 7 years in Argentina where he started his professional career at General Motors de Argentina. He has a MBA from INPG (Brazil) and a Master’s Executive Degree in Logistics Management from EOI (Spain).
 
 
Mauricélio Gomes Faria

Biography:Mauricélio graduated in Economy and also has an MBA from FGV (Fundaçao Getulio Vargas). Mauricélio has worked for Fiat since 1991, and before his current position he worked in purchasing as a buyer, supervisor and manager, where he was responsible for the purchase of indirect material, development products and direct material.
 
Stephan Gruener

Biography: Stephan has an MBA in Finance from Ibmec University and has also studied at the DAV in Bremen. As a Project Manager at BLG Logistics Group, Stephan implemented several JIT transport and CKD projects. In 2004 he took over the general management of BMS Logística Ltda, developing outbound and inbound logistics for the main OEMs in Brazil.
Mr. Davi Lunardi

Biography: Davi graduated in 1993 from ESALQ/USP and has an MBA in Business Management from ISAE/FVG. Davi spent eleven years at Fiat Group in Brazil, and nine years with CNH, where he has had several management positions in marketing, process improvement and the parts and service division. He has been the supply chain director of Iveco Latin America for the last two years.   
 
Edson Molina
Material Planning and Logistics Director, South America

Biography: Edson has a degree in Engineering and a Master’s degree in Logistics and Finance from the University of São Paulo. He has 27 years experience within the automotive industry and his current responsibilities include production planning; supply chain and vehicle logistics management; and strategy development. His recent accomplishments include the launch of Ford's first private port.
 

Carlos Panitz
Material Planning & Logistics Manager

Biography: Carlos has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and Business Administration and a Master’s in Industrial Engineering. He has been responsible for planning and logistics for the last 9 years at MWM-INTERNATIONAL. Carlos is also President of Inbrasc (Instituto Brasiliero de Supply Chain) and teacher at several MBA courses. Carlos has also published a technical dictionary of logistics in Brazil.

 

José Ricardo Chiarello

Biography: Mr. Chiarello has been involved in logistics for more than 26 years in companies such as Lloyds Bank, Bank of Tokyo, Placas do Paraná and Volkswagen do Brasil. Today he is the Director of Volkswagen Logistics Ltda as well as Senior Manager of Logistics at Volkswagen do Brasil Ltda.
