He has 27 years experience within the automotive industry and his current responsibilities include production planning; supply chain and vehicle logistics management; and strategy development. His recent accomplishments include the launch of Ford's first private port.

    Andre has extensive executive experience in companies such as Volkswagen, Siemens and Whirlpool in Brazil and abroad. He graduated in Economics at PUC RS, and has a post-graduate degree in International Economics from the University of Bonn (Germany) and also an MBA in Project Management at George Washington University.

    Kátia has been at Lear since 2001, and is currently responsible for South American logistics and indirect materials and services purchasing. Kátia has more than 15 years experience in the automotive industry, and has worked for both Tyco Electronics and Metagal. She has a degree in Business Administration and is currently studying for an MBA in Project Management at FGV.

    Fabio C. Garcia has been working in the Volkswagen Parts and Accessories Centre (Spare Parts Warehouse) since its launch in 2004. Nowadays he is responsible for Warehouse Operations and Export Customer Care. He lived for 7 years in Argentina where he started his professional career at General Motors de Argentina. He has 3 MBAs from INPG (Brazil) and a Master’s Executive Degree in Logistics Management from EOI (Spain).

    Carlos has a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering and Business Administration and a Masters in Industrial Engineering. He has been responsible for planning and logistics for the last 9 years at MWM-INTERNATIONAL. Carlos is also President of Inbrasc (Instituto Brasiliero de Supply Chain) and teacher at several MBA courses. Carlos has also published a technical dictionary of logistics in Brazil.

Mr. Saldanha has handled various positions in GM USA and GM India during his 13-year tenure with GM.

Mauricelio has worked for Fiat since 1991, and before his current position he worked in purchasing as a buyer, supervisor and manager, where he was responsible for the purchase of indirect material, development products and direct material.

    Wilson B. Câmara Junior is a Mechanical Engineer and has been working in logistics for the past sixteen years. He has already worked for Sachs Automotive S.A. company (currently ZF Sachs) and in the past ten years he has been working for Knorr-Bremse - Brake Systems for Rail and Commercial Vehicles.
    He began in the Knorr-Bremse production area, but for 6 years he has run the Administrative Logistics area of the company, including CRM, PCP and SCM areas as well as Inbound and Outbound operations.
    In addition, W. Câmara Junior has also worked on projects intended for the deployment of systems (MRP – Control Manufacturing), as well as operating and systemic structuring (SAP).

    As General Manager of South America at Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics, for the past three years Jack Servera has participated in all commercial, and directed operational, financial and administrative functions for the region. Prior to joining WWL, Jack managed logistics programs and operations at a senior level at Varig Brazilian Airlines and KN-Deicmar LDTA., a joint venture by Kuhne & Nagle. Over the past four decades, Jack has worked for large companies such as Continental Airlines, United Airlines and Federal Express. Jack also earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Miami Dade Community College

    Pedro Moreira had direct participation on the planning, coordination and launch of the Brazilian subsidiary of CHEP. He has been in the logistics and supply chain field for over twenty-five years. He has an MBA from Sao Paulo University (USP), and he is also president of the Brazilian Material Handling and Logistics Association (ABML) and Deputy General Director of the Logistics and Infrastructure Department of the Sao Paulo Industry Federation (FIESP).

    Roberto Rodrigues has been TNT Brazil´s Managing Director since 2004. He started his career at TNT more than thirteen years ago and was engaged in several sales and commercial positions until he became Sales and Marketing Director in 2000. Following his degree in Administration at the Faculdade Integrada de Guarulhos, he also has an MBA in International Business from FGV. Prior to joining TNT he was an executive at Brinquedos Estrela.

    Stephan has an MBA in Finance from Ibmec University and has also studied at the DAV in Bremen. As a Project Manager at BLG Logistics Group, Stephan implemented several JIT transport and CKD projects. In 2004 he took over the general management of BMS Logística Ltda, developing outbound and inbound logistics for the main OEMs in Brazil.
